On the left, below the device's name, you will see a list of all file types that you can transfer. There is support for music, movies, and ringtones and your camera roll. If you are looking to transfer other types of content, you will probably need the "Ultimate" version, or a different app.

In conclusion, this is a nice tool for anyone who wants to transfer data from the iPhone and other iOS devices to a Mac. However, there are other backup utilities that are not much more expensive and also let you move data to your iOS device.
